A couple ideas and hypotheses which I find rarely mentioned, from a (massive?) conspiracy angle whilst trying to stay true to what I think is indeed basic science. To make sure it is not misunderstood:
I am not asserting _any_ of the below happens, I am merely speculating along the lines of what is possible and with the default assumption that there are evil forces at work who have a large impulse to indeed screw around with the climate/weather (e.g. the U.S. military with their "weather as a force multiplier" paper...):
- I think the idea that airline jets in general deliver all kinds of (toxic) salt compounds is rather a poisoning-the-well tactic, as this would require large scale logistics and more importantly effectively gagging a quite large size of the airline industry as well as causing a lot of wear and tear on aircraft jet engines. So even though that is often repeated, I find it very implausible.
- However, one should think hard about the "butterfly effect" in this day and age. With massive computing power, it is possible to forward-calculate multiple different weather scenarios where just a tiny bit changed but having larger effects down the road, like for example a comparatively tiny patch where a single airplane did some silver iodide seeding or so. In other words, lots of computing power could allow to better figure out the "weak spots" in any complex weather scenario and then "attack" the weather with -scale-wise- just pin pricks, but potentially with a much larger effect.
- Back to airlines: There are papers (IIRC from the 1970s even) which discuss at length how soot in the upper atmosphere can drastically impact the weather. And as you wrote in the article, jet engines produce this kind of soot and impact.
But, more importantly, the amount of soot could be _varied_ with just a little bit of tweaking to the jet engine control SOFTWARE, by just imbalancing the set fuel:air ratio however so slightly.
I am furthermore sure that it is trivial for a) the software in jet engines to have/get a live GPS coordinate feed and then one should also note that for both proprietary trade secret industrial reasons as well as potential military use of engine types, likely just VERY few people have access to the software running there. Which is a perfect setup for a conspiracy / three-letter-agency work.
And the impact could be hard to overstate: By just uploading a couple data tables in software without anyone noticing, varying amounts of soot could be generated pretty much across large areas of the planet.
I am not saying this happens, but if you think about it would absolutely be the place for the devil to be. In the details.
- A bit away from the above, I do find it entirely plausible that programs such as the "747 with lasers" can be extended to space use. For LEO, optics would scale with about the ratio of distances, so maybe 20x larger or so than a 747 at 10..15km altitude. Seems very doable. AFAIR, the "JAL" program was stopped because "it only worked against soft targets". Well, forests are soft targets, and IIRC in 2023 or so, there were wild fires in Canada which suddenly all started at about the same time (~1h window or so) all across a large area. If I were the devil and if I wanted to ignite a couple wild fires, a space laser would certainly be a nifty tool to have ...
But on the other hand, I find that subsuming it all under "directed energy weapons" also often happens hand in hand with well-poisoning-tactics, inventing "exotic weaponry" and so forth, so it is a thorny subject.

1. Open the free Windy app (app or web) -> select the cloud (satellite) view → look for ripple type clouds indicating emf interference. Scroll the timeline to see their movement. Generally happening globally, often over Australia & Europe. 8h ago over Mozambique, Vilanculos. (windy changed their app, speeding up transitions making it harder to see but u can still see it once you’re familiar with these clouds)
2. Similar to above, but look for strange cloud formations, specifically squares & straight lines, indicating some sort of influencing beams - also holes / displacements in clouds like a dispersant was dropped.
3. Similar to above -> select the radar view, look for large emanating radar beams / large circles. (Windy changed the app, making these less detectable, but can still be found, just not as obvious). The nifty Catch-22 is that, while ramping up the heat, the same people can bemoan the over-heating planet because of mankind's technology thereby justifying stripping people of convenience and modern living. The very real fact such stupidity continually hides is that the massive spraying heats the planet like a greenhouse. I live in a semi-remote area of southeastern British Columbia where have only two small airports in the region, both of which have major flights out to Vancouver or Calgary only once per day. Yet there are days when we see a continuous traffic of jets belching the trademark white trails that spread out to form cloud cover. This is clearly not commercial jet traffic given our limited local service. I highly recommend Peter Kirby's book Chemtrails Exposed: A New Manhattan Project, which provides the patents and the historical timeline of this technology.
Which airport? I live in BC and probably identify the source of traffic. However, if you are really that close you won't see vapour trails so it's likely those jets aren't going there.

There are few regulations regarding aerosol spraying of anything, from airplanes. NOAA doesn’t regulate this, but lawfully requires forms for any & all aerial dispersal, weeks before the “ spray.” This information is suppose to be made public upon request. What they are using now is from what I have seen in various discussions along with what my own experience has been damaging the entire planet not to mention the neuro toxic effects that are being felt by citizens during these operations, something is different about what they are doing, and the effects are not exactly uniform as some report that there is bacteria like material raining down on them, others are reporting strange fibers in the charged atmosphere that they have collected in different samples.
There are so many out there documenting this, citizen scientists, I suppose is what we should call them. They are taking pictures and gathering samples, then posting this evidence, much of the time when there is a fire, a major storm, there are first the noted reportedly strange local weather patterns, citizens are now documenting all of this and posting it on different platforms. In Florida, evidence points to bacteria being used along with the geoengineered mosquitoes funded mostly by the Bill Gates crowd. In Kentucky, there seems to be some other type of material being used that leaves behind a kind of soot all over everything and that is killing the grass, plants and trees in some cases, it is quite a strange thing that is happening and it is really evidence of a real lack of restraint in what is being allowed and what is the real purpose behind it. One has to think this is organized depopulation by the fact of the lack of openness, the lack of any regulation and the proven fact of Congressional knowledge that people have uncovered.

I have had a weather eye open most of my life, spending a lot of that time working in coastal waters and getting away on the odd sailing trip. The bit where the dry stuff gets wet, the coast, is where most deaths occur in the marine environment so knowing which way the wind and current are travelling is a really basic need. This article is too tentative about the scope of the project. For instance, there is no "probably" to the issue of coordinated control; at base it's a military operation. The point about deflection and gatekeeping is totally true, but its fairly superficial; it applies to queries about whether geoenginering exists, not queries about who runs it or why, which are basically stonewalled and denied. Most undiscussed is the fact that as a "defense" program it sprays continually to maintain an electrified/sensitive atmosphere for detecting incoming objects, missiles or "other". In addition, the storm-steering technology is based on "new physical principles" (cf Russian comments) that the military doesn't want released. So while the article is good at illuminating the program's obfuscation by gatekeepers who don't know much, it proceeds from a base of partial certainty. Well, it looks like Substack is fast becoming like all the rest sadly. With people who attack as soon as anyone even dares mention the name of Bill Gates the selected bogeyman where those mentions will lead to deleted comments and personal attacks and insults all because they have a message they want put out that no conversation can ever be had about any of this. My comment that I posted was with the intent to show our government has known, they have Geoengineering in their own words, they fund this directly, NOAA scientists lobby for this funding under an umbrella term. It is not conspiracy porn to show that our government is allowing people like Bill Gates, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, George Soros and others to be the face of all of this manipulation of our planetary ecosystem for their own gains. It is for everyone to decide for themselves if they are being fooled or not, to do their own research, we are not all scientists, but they use them to confuse us, always changing the terminology, they set traps for us all to fall into so that when we attempt to describe what we are experiencing the very terms they themselves created have already been shelved away for the next psychological manipulation, the next new terminology making fools of us all. Kristofer Pister, Richard C. Walker, these are names and faces of people our government have placed on SMART DUST at UC Berkeley and a very suspect FAA patent that calls us all "wet ware" that also describes being able to disable any vehicle and to monitor us all be it by way of the radius of the FAA and its Emergency Matrix or by some other means, either way, they were already set to manipulate us all by telling us this would require an electrode, implant or wearable device of some kind every step of the way creating new terminology. Now, we are all of us arguing about this garbage and whether or not this gatekeeper or that one is using the right language or not. Who cares? We are all being duped. Their system uses faces like Bill Gates, Kristofer Pister, Peter Schwartz, Elon Musk, Eric Schmidt, Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg or some other, so that they have someone to blame, then they will just disappear them that is their game. When I say Bill Gates it is because they use his shell companies or Soros' or whomever is the latest bogeyman. In 1976, it was Dr. David Sencer, today it is Anthony Fauci. We also have Dr. James Giordano and others, they disappear them after using them to cause so much damage. You have proven nothing.
Well, I hate to tell you, but Gates, Soros, Peter Thiel all these people do fund these projects they hide behind their little shell companies, so go ahead and act like they are not involved in this garbage because all of them are linked to the Epstein network going back to the 1990's and their billionaire dinners club, Peter Schwartz and many others like Sergey Brin were at these dinners. Epstein began helping the Rothschild bankers establish their Conservation banking at the first UN Agenda, even Epstein admitted who was largely funding some of his actions. It is the same garbage, they use people like this to set up companies like Make Sunsets, and Oxitech when we know it is government doing it. Congress funds this and there is decades of proof. I am not subscribing to what you said, it is in fact easily provable to be the case.
There are few regulations regarding aerosol spraying of anything, from airplanes. NOAA doesn’t regulate this, but lawfully requires forms for any & all aerial dispersal, weeks before the “ spray.” This information is suppose to be made public upon request. The website shows minimal activity & dated info. on actual weather manipulating activity.
If NOAA wants the information prior to it happening, then someone is overseeing this. If we decided to fund a project that would drop marshmallows from the sky, or lab altered mosquitoes ( Gates)🤦♀️, who stops to question that? EPA? FAA?
They are both mostly silent about chemtrails, and still want to call them “ contrails”.
It IS a “ con”, so there’s that. But, the public deserves to know & we won’t stop searching for the truth, and verifying it completely.
Trust is never won by continued secrecy.
“ National Security” & ongoing repeated “ experiments” on mitigating climate will only increase skepticism.

What they are using now is from what I have seen in various discussions along with what my own experience has been damaging the entire planet not to mention the neuro toxic effects that are being felt by citizens during these operations, something is different about what they are doing, and the effects are not exactly uniform as some report that there is bacteria like material raining down on them, others are reporting strange fibers in the charged atmosphere that they have collected in different samples.
There are so many out there documenting this, citizen scientists, I suppose is what we should call them. They are taking pictures and gathering samples, then posting this evidence, much of the time when there is a fire, a major storm, there are first the noted reportedly strange local weather patterns, citizens are now documenting all of this and posting it on different platforms. In Florida, evidence points to bacteria being used along with the geoengineered mosquitoes funded mostly by the Bill Gates crowd. In Kentucky, there seems to be some other type of material being used that leaves behind a kind of soot all over everything and that is killing the grass, plants and trees in some cases, it is quite a strange thing that is happening and it is really evidence of a real lack of restraint in what is being allowed and what is the real purpose behind it. One has to think this is organized depopulation by the fact of the lack of openness, the lack of any regulation and the proven fact of Congressional knowledge that people have uncovered.

I have had a weather eye open most of my life, spending a lot of that time working in coastal waters and getting away on the odd sailing trip.
