Good plans, I've covered a lot of this and am lucky to not need medication. I forage, and attempt to grow tomatoes on my yard but not on an industrial scale - just to see what is possible and get the hang of it. I would add : get a good book to identify your native plants, and then find a herbal (book) you like. While you are stocking your medicine chest, be aware that paracetamol interferes with glutathione (needed for T-cells) and so slows recovery. Paracetamol should be ok to barter.

Excellent! The Covid incident backfired on its instigators. My family has never been healthier as we have let go of the idea that we need supplements outside of healthy living. Our medicine cabinet is now raw milk, grass fed beef and daily bread from freshly milled wheat. We have been on a five year journey that has led us to those basic elements (along with movement and sunlight) that supply everything we need! It’s truly pretty simple! Our Creator has given us life and He has provided all we need through His creation! We also are not clinging to longevity. He also knows how many breaths we will take until we step into eternity!

Thank you collapse life for your great work!

Emotional safety is prominent in my Canadian medical training texts 2025.

Meanwhile real medical training takes a back seat!!

This is great, did alot of it. But I must say it’s costly. I bought my own meds online to stock, did dr & research online, do supplements. Try to do through food, grew what we could but rest we bought is crap. Did barter too. There is something we all can do even if small but reality is if you don’t have resources it’s very difficult or unreachable

It's definitely true that each person's circumstances are different and not everyone will be able to access good, clean food or grow their own. But there are still so many ways to improve on what we're already doing. For example, many of the plants we consider "weeds" are actually medicinal powerhouses: stinging nettles, dandelions, and yarrow for example. Responsible foraging is another way of accessing nature's bounty without breaking the bank. Lots of wonderful resources available online for those interested in this path. Don't let money or the lack thereof be the reason not to start.

Yes & in my comment I say to do even a little. I’m not disagreeing I’m just stating fact. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands on med, copays, treatments, supplements, meal subscriptions, planting, but mostly things not covered by insurance, & I have insurance. I’m not the average sick person (Lyme) but people now are catching up with what I went through. It’s important what you posted, I would encourage people to learn & do what they can
