I see by the map there is one loc in Canada.

I am sure CFIA will have it shutdown as quickly as possible......

Fermenting veggies such as cabbage (to make sauerkraut or kimchi) is another powerful way to prepare even more nutrient dense food using cheap ingredients and low tech tools (you just need jars and salt essentially).
