There was actually some justification for the restrictions imposed due to the NL. fires. We know the fire fighters here in NL. and the situation was dire as many towns were evacuated and over 200 homes lost. High winds and difficult terrain were problems as well as an unprecedented heat wave with no rain for weeks prior. The first fire was deemed to be arson but others were started by careless people smoking in the woods. They also banned ATVs because looters were going into evacuated cabins and homes. They all pulled together as Newfoundlander's do with many donating and assisting with help from other places. It was a tinderbox when the temporary restrictions were imposed so they felt it necessary at the time. I don't think it was much of an over-reach considering the extreme high risk involved. Maybe the fines appeared excessive but something needed to deter the stupid and crazy people that wouldn't think twice about the fire they might cause.
The premise in the following post is probably not what's going on, but I'll post it here anyway. It's hard to believe that TPTB would engineer another "pandemic" after the first one has been seen through. If it does happen, I'm sure there'll be some twist involved.

When I was told of the plan in 2019 I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing I had known this person for 26 years. He said we are at war not like the 1st and 2nd world wars. It’s fifth generation warfare?
He even gave me the 3rd week of March as the date of the world shutdown. When everything will come to a standstill. I didn’t believe him. But went and spoke to the people I worked with, anyone who would listen. You can imagine the reactions.
I cried for 3 weeks when the world got shutdown third week of March 2020. I begged and pleaded with people to not take the shots.
I was told the bioweapon was released from the lab in China. Wuhan/Winnipeg involved and California.
It was released it would be an agent to kill off the aged and compromised. They expected enough deaths to cause fear to encourage uptake of the shot. Which was the real bio-weapon a slow kill to reduce the population.
